"The turf itself is decent, but the experience was completely ruined by the behavior of one of the staff members, Ajay Sharma. He was extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. He not only spoke in an ill-mannered and abusive tone but also tried to intimidate and threaten us over a minor issue. Despite wrapping up the game on time, he demanded extra money for just a few additional minutes and became hostile when questioned. It’s shocking that someone representing PlayAll can behave in such a disgraceful manner with customers. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly urge the management to take appropriate action. No customer should be made to feel unsafe or disrespected at your facility."
